This assessment is a great way to build insight into how your body works and its natural efficiencies and movement patterns. Our 60-minute screen is different for each individual because it is based on your own needs and activity participation.
During the screen, you will complete a small activity history interview as well as a series of stretches and movements that highlight the body’s ability to move at various joints. The results will give you a list of physical goals to target to create a more efficient body built for longevity. This screen is required as a prerequisite for Fitness Programs and Online Personal Training.
-Prior to the screen, you will be required to fill out our intake form, which you will be prompted to fill out before purchasing.
-A follow up email with further instructions will be sent to you shortly after your purchase.
Fulfillment Policy: once notified of a refund request, funds can take 5-7 business days to complete the transaction.
Cancellation Policy: all cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Cancellations made within the 24 hours will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the session rate. Missing a session without notice will result in a charge of the full session rate.
